The title of the work is evocative: just as the limestone material is projected and transformed drop by drop, resonance propagates through the attack of sound. The three low flutes, with their harmonics, their respective resonances and a wide use of techniques according to an always imaginative and "dramaturgical" criterion, blend together in always relatively different combinations – the fusion of breaths gives shape to the entire narrative arc, which seeks the expressiveness of an image without ever paralyzing itself in staticity.
